Property Owner Liability

We have a binding authority agreement with QBE Europe SA/NV to underwrite stand alone Property Owners Liability risks.

This product is aimed at the following risk types:

• Sites – greenfield or brownfield
• Farms – Lands let out to farmers or idle lands
• Houses – Individual houses or associations
• Estates – cover for the common areas of completed housing estates
• Commercial – Cover for occupied or vacant premises

Premiums start from as little as €300  with a standard Limit of Indemnity of €2,600,000. Higher Limits of indemnity can be provided as well as Employers Liability cover for property repairs/maintenance.
